Is It Heat Rash Or Sun Rash and How To Prevent/Treat It.

Heat rash, often known as prickly heat, is a harmless but extremely uncomfortable skin rash that appears in sweat-collecting areas such as the armpits, back, under the breasts, chest, neck, crooks of elbows and knees, and the waist.

Heat rash is produced by a blockage and irritation of sweat ducts in hot and humid conditions, resulting in:

Little red patches
An itching and prickling sensation
The affected region is red and swollen.

Sun Rash -

Some people, such as those on certain antibiotics or those exposed to particular chemicals, scents, dyes, or disinfectants, have skin that can develop rashes when exposed to direct sunlight. This is known as photodermatitis.

Sun exposure in the spring or early summer can cause an itchy, red rash over the front of the neck, chest, arms, and thighs in certain people, known as polymorphous light eruption (PMLE). It normally goes away on its own after a few days, although it might return.

Sunlight can also cause lupus (systemic lupus erythematosus, or SLE)

Treatments -

Most summer skin rashes are harmless and will go away on their own within a few days. Most rashes may be treated safely and efficiently at home. Try one or more of the following measures:

Wear light, loose-fitting clothing that does not trap heat or moisture. Cotton and other natural textiles are ideal.

Spend time in places that are cool, air-conditioned, or well-ventilated. If required, use a fan.
Take chilly baths or showers on a regular basis.

Scratching the afflicted region may cause it to worsen and get infected.

In hot weather, it's also crucial to drink enough water and limit your skin's exposure to the sun. WEAR SPF.

The Intensive Skin Recovery Cream is helping people with both heat and sun rash to calm the itchiness as well as combat any soreness that might appear.
