Welcome to Obvs Skincare! Thank you for joining our Affiliate program.

These following terms and conditions apply to individuals who are accessing or using the Program both as a merchant (“we” or “merchant”) and an affiliate (“you” or “affiliate”) who refers customers to use a product or service from the merchant.

By participating in the Program, Affiliate agrees to use the Program in the manner specified in, and are bound by, these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety you are not authorized to register as an Affiliate or participate in the Program in any manner.

Approval or Rejection of Registration
We reserve the right to approve or reject ANY Affiliate Program Registration in our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Affiliate Program Registration.

Affiliate Links and Coupons
Affiliate links are automatically generated, but you can also generate an affiliate link for a specific product or collection. If a person clicks on someone else’s referral link and then later they click on yours, yours is the one that counts.
Affiliates might or might not be assigned to one coupon code with details and usage clarified on the Dashboard. If the customer both clicks on the affiliate link and uses a coupon code, you will not receive a double commission. If you’re not assigned a branded coupon, then you’re not allowed to promote the coupon.
Affiliates may also advertise the merchant website on online channels such as Facebook, Instagram, or offline classified channel ads, magazines, and newspapers.

Commissions and Payment
Commission paid to the Affiliate will be dependent on the platform used. You will receive commission based on the Shopify Collabs commission structure whenever a referral is made via your unique discount code or link, except for those affiliates with 1000+ TikTok followers, who are TikTok Creators and are linked to the Obvs Skincare TikTok Shop, in which case, the TikTok Shop Commission Structure applies.
Shopify Collabs - Required for all affiliates – You will need your PayPal email address so you can get paid your earnings. Please update this on your Shopify Collabs Payment Settings and activate autopayments

Shopify Collabs will provide you with a unique discount code and link.
Refer any customer to make a purchase on our website using your discount code or link. This code can be used on all platforms and relevant avenues except TikTok! For example: Instagram, blogs, websites, online and offline clients, etc.
You will get a commission amount which is calculated based on the Shopify Collabs (discount code) commission structure. The commission amount is dependent on the order value and not including extra fees (tax, shipping cost).
The commission structure for sales made via your discount code or unique link only is outlined below:

For an Affiliate to receive a commission, you need to specify the payment details on Settings. The payment schedule will be notified on the Affiliate Guide page.
Payments will only be sent for transactions that have been successfully completed. Use of the Affiliate Program is subject to a fair use policy which gives the merchant the right to review each and every referral order. The status of the commission is displayed in the Commission tab; any paid commission will be listed on the Payment tab. Transactions that result in chargebacks or refunds will not be paid out.
If the code is leaked through a discount or promotional code website, the referrals made via this site will not be paid to the Affiliate.
TikTok Shop - For affiliates using TikTok with 1000+ followers
Affiliates with 1000+ followers on TikTok can earn a commission via TikTok Shop.
In order to sell via TikTok Shop, you must be a TikTok creator. If you are not already, please sign up to the following

Once applied please contact Charlotte@obvs-skincare.co.uk to be approved.

Refer any customer to make a purchase via TikTok Shop only. Your commission amount will be dependent on the product sold via TikTok Shop. Only some of Obvs Skincare’s essentials can be sold via TikTok.
This is calculated based on the TikTok shop commission structure. The commission amount is dependent on the order value and not including extra fees (tax, shipping cost).

For an Affiliate to receive a commission from TikTok sales, you must ensure your payment details are up to date on TikTok shop. The platform will payout commission directly into your chosen account.

Products
The Affiliate will be able to order products on a monthly basis depending on their referrals. You will receive one free product per 10 sales you make.

Requirement to Post
Once you have read our terms and submitted your application, you agree to share a photo or video on your primary social channel of your Obvs Skincare products. Any posts without including all of the below will be rejected. You must post this task within 14 days of receiving your product.

If posting on TikTok (1000+ followers):
Ensure you link to the Obvs Skincare product via the OS TikTok shop

Marketing Tool
We may share promotional media such as banners, logos, or specific collection promotions with you through the Marketing tool tab. You can download the media or get the HTML embed code in order to share on affiliate channels.

Rights You Grant Us
You grant Obvs Ltd (trading as Obvs Skincare) a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, perpetual (or, in jurisdictions where this is not permitted for a term equal to the duration of the Agreements plus twenty (20) years), irrevocable, fully
