Organic Oats – anti-inflammatory qualities that help to reduce itchiness. According to a 2012 study*, oatmeal can protect skin and soothe the itching and irritation from eczema as well as strengthen the outer barrier of your skin, making it an ideal ingredient in an everyday essential for anyone who is prone to skin issues such as eczema or acne.
Organic Unrefined Shea Butter - has been used for centuries to protect the skin from harsh weather conditions. Is known for its anti-inflammatory properties, which can help to soothe irritated skin. Unrefined shea butter has not been exposed to any chemicals or heat during processing, preserving its natural nutrients. A study conducted in 2009** concluded that Shea Butter is a more effective emollient for eczema than petroleum jelly. Meaning not only is it better for the planet, but Shea Butter is also safer for your skin than many synthetic emollients on the market.
Organic Unrefined Coconut Oil - When used in a soap, the medium-chain fatty acids within coconut oil have antimicrobial properties that helps reduce the presence of bacteria, fungi, and viruses on the skin. This helps to eliminate the risk of infection caused by scratching itchy skin. When combined with NaOH, the saponification of the oils, water and NaOH create an unrivalled, luxurious lather which leaves your skin feeling moisturised and clean.
Organic Cocoa Butter - has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, which makes it effective in healing wounds and protecting against further tissue damage. Cocoa Butter adds firmness and moisture to the soap, perfect alternative to palm oil.
Organic Castor Oil – high in Ricinoleic Acid, a Monounsaturated Fatty Acid, Castor Oil is a natural moisturiser that offers great hydration to sore, dry skin. An effective humectant that adds a creamy texture to the soaps lather.
Organic Olive Oil and Organic Unrefined Cane Sugar – No particular benefits to the skin to shout about but when included in a soap formulation they produce sugar fatty acid esters, which are very gentle cleansing agents.

DIRECTIONS: Create a rich creamy lather to gently cleanse sensitive skin. This unscented Natural Oat Soap will leave your skin clean and nourished. Suitable for all skin types. Made in the UK.
For external use only – avoid direct eye contact – not for application to the mucous membranes or on broken skin. If irritation occurs discontinue use.
Keep dry when not in use as this makes the soap last longer.

My daughter has been using this soap for a good few months now. She is a young teen, prone to breakouts and has had episodes of extremely sensitive skin in the past. She uses this soap daily, and it leaves her skin soft and clean. She uses make up daily, and this soap removes that too. She has never had a bad reaction to it, like all obvs products. She uses the cleanser once a week and the naked moisturiser daily. And then the intensive for any hormonal spots that might crop up form time to time. This soap really is lovely and gentle, removing make up and dirt whilst leaving the essential natural skin barrier in tact. Absolutely love it and would highly recommend a obvs skin care routine for any teens out there. Avoiding harsh chemicals is definitely the way forward, and the all natural ingredients this brand use are amazing and actually nourish your skin rather than stripping all the goodness away. Fantastic product.

I’ve been buying the oat soap for my new born for a few months now after he had a bad reaction to baby Johnson’s products, doctors told me to continue using baby Johnson’s as they thought it was just a heat rash I just knew he was reacting badly to the products. They later said it was eczema I did lots of research and found this company and have been buying him the oat soap ever since. It manages his eczema flare ups well and is very subtle on his sensitive skin. I’ve recommended the product to a few friends and family.

Just what I needed. I'm sensitive to perfumes, unnatural ingredients, etc and the company I'd relied on for soap stopped trading. It can take a while to find the right one for me but I tried obvs and I'm not disappointed. A lovely 'clean' soap, i.e. that doesn't go sludgy! Glad I've found a replacement at an affordable price. I also buy the mint and rose ones as hand soap and they are really lovely too...I particularly like the smell of the rose.

I brought this soap after trying some of Sian’s other products and reading the reviews. Just like Sian’s other products this is another miracle product that actually works. The oat soap has massively improved my teenagers body acne and you can see a noticeable difference within days. This is now my families go to soap.
